By contacting, requesting an estimate, scheduling, or using services from JKV Contractors LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. Any information you provide, including your name, phone number, address, photos, or project details, is used solely for communication, estimates, scheduling, service delivery, and internal record keeping.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary to provide services, process payments, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights.

By contacting us via phone, text, website, or social media, you consent to being contacted regarding your inquiry, including follow-ups related to your project.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be completely secure.

JKV Contractors LLC provides handyman and remodeling services based on agreed scope, availability, and site conditions. Services may include repair, installation, maintenance, and improvement work of a non-structural nature.

All services are project-specific. Any work requested beyond the original scope may require additional approval, revised pricing, or a written change order prior to completion.

All estimates are based on visible and reasonably known conditions at the time of evaluation and are subject to change if unforeseen conditions arise.

Pricing may be adjusted due to site conditions, access limitations, material availability, or scope changes.

Payment terms, including deposits and final balances, are established prior to the start of work. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in delayed scheduling, suspension of work, or termination of services.

These Terms & Conditions are general in nature and are intended to supplement, not replace, project-specific agreements.

In the event of any conflict, the following documents shall control in order of precedence:

1. Signed Contract / Service Agreement 
2. Approved Change Orders 
3. Written Estimates or Proposals 
4. These Terms & Conditions 

The most recent written agreement between the parties shall serve as the final determination of scope, pricing, and responsibilities.

Any modification to the original scope of work, including additional labor, materials, or time, may require a written change order.

Work performed outside the original scope without a signed change order may still be subject to additional charges if requested, authorized, or reasonably necessary to complete the project.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project information 
• Confirming ownership or authorization to request work 
• Ensuring safe, legal, and unobstructed access to the property 
• Securing pets, valuables, and restricted areas 
• Identifying any known hazards or special conditions 

JKV Contractors LLC is not responsible for delays, damages, or complications resulting from unsafe conditions, restricted access, or inaccurate or incomplete information.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients are responsible for selecting, purchasing, and providing materials.

JKV Contractors LLC is not responsible for defects, compatibility issues, delays, or performance of client-supplied materials. Manufacturer warranties, if any, are the responsibility of the manufacturer and/or supplier.

Project timelines are estimates only and may be affected by weather, material delays, labor availability, site conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We reserve the right to adjust schedules, pause work, or reschedule services as necessary. Delays caused by factors outside our control shall not constitute a breach of agreement.

We are not responsible for hidden, pre-existing, or unforeseen structural, electrical, plumbing, environmental, or other conditions discovered before, during, or after work is performed.

Additional work required to address such conditions may be subject to separate approval and pricing.

While reasonable care is taken to protect surrounding areas, clients acknowledge that construction and repair work may involve dust, debris, noise, and incidental disturbance.

JKV Contractors LLC is not responsible for minor or unavoidable impacts inherent to the nature of the work performed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JKV Contractors LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of property value, delays, or damages arising from conditions beyond our control.

All services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis without guarantees except as may be expressly stated in a written agreement.

Unless otherwise requested in writing, JKV Contractors LLC may take before-and-after photos of projects for documentation, portfolio, website, and marketing purposes.

We will not publish personally identifiable information such as names, phone numbers, or exact property addresses.

Clients agree that communication via phone, text, email, or social media as acceptable forms of communication for scheduling, approvals, and general project coordination.

Electronic communications may be relied upon as part of the project record.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to services provided by JKV Contractors LLC shall first be addressed through good-faith communication.

If unresolved, disputes shall proceed to mediation and, if necessary, binding arbitration in Salt Lake County, Utah.

JKV Contractors LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
