JKV Contractors · Salt Lake County
Stud-mounted, level, wire-managed, and clean. No visible cables, no tilted screens, no drywall anchors holding a 75-inch TV.
Mounting a TV sounds simple. It's not — not if you want it done right. Finding studs in the right location, running cables through the wall, getting the mount perfectly level, managing the wire clutter — there's a reason people call us instead of doing it themselves.
Javier mounts TVs the right way: into studs, level, with cables managed cleanly. If you want in-wall cable management, we can do that too. The result is a clean, professional installation that looks like it was always supposed to be there.
Beyond TV mounting, we build custom shelving, floating shelves, built-in storage, and entertainment centers. If you can sketch it, we can usually build it — and it'll be level, sturdy, and finished properly.
Scope of Work
The JKV Difference
We don't use drywall anchors for TVs. Period. Every mount goes into studs or a proper backing — because a 65-inch TV falling off the wall is not something you want to experience.
Visible cables ruin the look of a wall-mounted TV. We run cables through the wall or install a clean raceway so the installation looks finished.
Javier uses a laser level, not eyeballing it. Your TV will be straight, your shelves will be level, and nothing will drive you crazy every time you look at it.
How It Works
We locate studs, check for wiring or plumbing in the wall, and confirm the mounting location works structurally.
We figure out the cleanest cable management solution for your specific wall and setup.
Mount goes in the studs, TV goes on the mount, everything gets leveled and adjusted.
Cables routed, connections made, everything tested. You pick up the remote and it works.

Got Questions?
Yes — masonry mounting requires different hardware (masonry anchors or toggle bolts into mortar joints), but it's very doable. We'll assess the surface and use the right approach.
Yes — in-wall cable management is our preferred approach when the wall allows it. We cut two small holes, run the cables, and patch everything cleanly.
Yes, but plaster requires a different approach than drywall. We locate the studs or use appropriate anchors rated for the weight you're putting on the shelves.
Yes — we build custom to your dimensions, finish it to match your trim, and install it so it looks built-in. Tell us what you're envisioning and we'll make it happen.
