Your Surfaces Deserve a Real Clean

Over time, driveways crack with embedded oil, siding collects mold and algae, patios turn green, and fences go gray. A garden hose won't cut it — and the wrong pressure will damage what you're trying to save.

Pressure washing (sometimes called power washing) removes dirt, algae, mildew, and buildup from exterior surfaces without the damage that comes from the wrong technique or equipment. JKV Contractors brings the right PSI and the right nozzle for each surface — concrete, vinyl siding, wood decks, and brick all need different settings.

Whether you're prepping for a paint job, getting ready to sell, or just want your property looking sharp again — we show up, we do it right, and we leave the place looking like it was just built.

The JKV Difference

Why Homeowners in Salt Lake County Choose JKV for Pressure Washing

1

Right Pressure for Every Surface

Concrete, wood, vinyl, and brick all need different PSI settings. We dial it in correctly so surfaces get clean without damage — no etching, no splintering, no stripped paint.

2

Prep Work Done Right

Pressure washing is often the first step before painting, staining, or sealing. We clean to the standard those jobs require — not just surface-level, but deep enough that coatings actually bond.

3

No Mess Left Behind

We contain runoff, protect landscaping, and leave your property cleaner than we found it. No dirty water pooling in flower beds, no debris tracked across your clean driveway.

How It Works

Our Simple Process

1

Free Estimate & Surface Assessment

We walk the property, identify surface types, staining, and any areas that need special care. You get a clear quote before any work begins.

2

Prep & Protection

We cover nearby plants, close windows and vents, and pre-treat heavy stains or organic growth (mold, algae, moss) with appropriate solutions.

3

Pressure Wash

We work surface by surface with the correct PSI and nozzle — high pressure for concrete, lower for siding and wood — ensuring a thorough, even clean.

4

Rinse & Inspect

Final rinse removes all loosened debris and cleaning agents. We walk the area with you to confirm every surface meets the standard.

Got Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I pressure wash my driveway or siding?

Most driveways benefit from a wash every 1–2 years. Siding in shaded or humid areas may need it annually to prevent mold and algae buildup. We can advise based on your specific surfaces and conditions.

Will pressure washing damage my siding or deck?

Not when done correctly. The key is using the right pressure for each material. We adjust PSI and nozzle angle per surface — vinyl siding, wood decks, and concrete all require different settings. We never use high pressure on surfaces that can't handle it.

Can you remove oil stains from my driveway?

Yes. We pre-treat oil and grease stains with a degreaser before pressure washing. Deep, set-in stains may lighten significantly but not always disappear 100% — we'll be upfront about what to expect before we start.

Do I need to be home during the job?

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the areas being washed and a water source, we can complete the job while you're away. We'll walk through the results with you when you're available.

What's the difference between pressure washing and power washing?

The terms are often used interchangeably. Technically, power washing uses heated water while pressure washing uses cold water at high pressure. For most residential surfaces — driveways, siding, decks, and patios — cold-water pressure washing delivers excellent results without the added complexity of heat.
